Request for Proposals for HOME Program Management Services The City of Temple has recently received a contract award from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) for Owner Occupied Housing Assistance through the HOME Investment Partnership Program. Accordingly, the City is seeking to contract with a qualified professional management consultant to implement and administer the HOME contract activities. Please submit a proposal of services and a statement of qualifications for these proposed services, per the proposal format available at the City of Temple Purchasing Department, 3210 East Avenue H, Building C, Temple, Texas 76501, 254-298-5655, to the City of Temple’s PurchasingDirector no later than 3:00 p.m. CST on July 28, 2009.
