CAMERON — Myrtle Jewel Gandy Hill, 92, of Temple died Saturday, Oct. 27, at a Temple nursing home.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in North Elm Cemetery near Cameron with the Rev. Billy Crow officiating.

Mrs. Hill was born in Milam County to Nicholas and Ida Mae Russell Gandy. She was a retired seamstress.

Survivors include one son, Bert Hill of Brownwood; three daughters, Frankie Cloud of Temple and Laverne Brewer and Mozelle Shumate, both of Brownwood; four brothers, Edwin “Mann” Gandy of Buckholts and N.W. Gandy Jr., Kenneth Gandy and Willard Gandy, all of Temple; 18 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. today at Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Cameron.
