COPPERAS COVE — Services for William “Bill” Maultsby, 63, of Haltom City will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church in San Saba with the Rev. Mike Robertson officiating and assisted by the Rev. Sam Crosby.
Burial will be in China Creek Cemetery in San Saba County.
Mr. Maultsby died Thursday, Nov. 1, at his home.
He was born in San Saba to William Alexander Maultsby and Sara Lindsey Maultsby. He worked as an electrical inspector for Chiang, Patel & Yerby Inc. He married Sharon Isham on July 16, 1966, in San Saba. He served in the U.S. Army National Guard. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and once served as president of Local Union 116. He was also a member of Masonic Lodge No. 1348 in Richland Hills. He was preceded in death by a son, William A. Maultsby.
Survivors include his wife of Haltom City; one son, Walter Maultsby of Watauga; one daughter, Rainey Mays of Longwood, Fla.; two sisters, Brenda Land of San Saba and Lolly Maultsby of Angleton; his mother of San Saba; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be 1:30-3 p.m. prior to the service Sunday at the church.
Sheppard Funeral Home in Copperas Cove is in charge of arrangements.
