The Temple City Council will take a new step into the digital age March 1 when its meetings begin to go on the city Web site in streaming video.

Alan DeLoera of the city Information Technology Department said the new feature will allow people to view replays of the council meetings online. The feature will also allow those watching online to simply click their mouse on a particular agenda item and watch a replay of just that item without having to view prior elements of the video.
