ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids addressed to the Honorable Mayor and City Council of the City of Temple, Texas, will be received at the Purchasing Department, 3210 E. Avenue H, Building C, Texas, 76501, until 2:00 p.m. on July 21, 2009, to furnish all labor and materials and perform all work for the construction of the following described project: Municipal Building Remedial Waterproofing Project A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on July 15, 2009, in the First Floor Conference Room at the Municipal Building located at 2 North Main Street. Although attendance is not mandatory, it is highly encouraged. After the expiration of time and date above first written said sealed bids will be opened by the Director of Purchasing or her representative in the Purchasing Department and publicly read aloud, unless otherwise posted. The specifications, bid forms and contract documents may be examined at the Purchasing Department for the City of Temple, Texas. The plans, specifications, bid forms and contract documents may be secured at the Purchasing Department on payment of a non-refundable fee of twenty-five ($25) per set (check to be made payable to the City of Temple, Texas).
