MCGREGOR — Services for Marc Hanusch, 45, of Speegleville will be 1 p.m. Friday at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Crawford with the Rev. Tom Beers officiating.
Burial will be 4 p.m. in Barclay Cemetery near Rosebud.
Mr. Hanusch died Monday, Jan.7.
He was born in Temple to James Ernst and Lillian Ann Witt Hanusch. He was a 1980 graduate of Rosebud High School and continued his education at Temple Junior College and the University of Texas in Arlington. He married Marilyn Kerry on March 19, 1988. He was in retail management of home building centers for 23 years, recently employed by Foxworth-Galbraith Building Materials in Waco. He was a member of the Heart of Texas Builders Association. He also coached baseball and football. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church where he served on the church council, taught Sunday school and served on various committees. He served as president of the local chapter of Thrivent Financial Services for Lutherans.
Survivors are his wife; three sons, Dustin James Hanusch of Speegleville, Mike Dove of Wichita Falls, Brent Dove of Arlington; a daughter, Christi Knight of Petrolia; two brothers, Craig A. Hanusch of Lake Jackson, Phil E. Hanusch of Cypress; a stepbrother, Shawn Dach of Temple; a stepsister, Michelle Krostroun of Marak; his mother and stepfather, Lillian and Robert Dach of Rosebud; and six grandchildren.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at Cole Funeral Home in McGregor.
