PRATT, KAN. — Memorial services for Edna P. Peterson, 87, of Pratt, Kan., will be 2 p.m. at Larrison Mortuary in Pratt with the Rev. Stan Hendershot officiating.
Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Peterson died Saturday, Jan. 19, at a hospital in Pratt.
She was born March 21, 1920, in Honey Grove to Lonnie Hammonds and Birdie Vancel Hammonds. She married Donald J. Peterson in Garnett, Kan. She worked for Red Rock Café as a chef and was the owner of Busy Bee Restaurant. She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, Bill Hamilton and two daughters, Brenda Lasater, Janath Tallent.
Survivors are two sons, Frank Hammonds of Belton, Robert Hamilton of Milpitas, Calif.; three sisters, Betty Harrington of Siloam Springs, Ark., Jewel Conrad of Pratt, Glenda Hammonds of Wichita, Kan.; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
