ROCKDALE — Graveside service for Greta McVoy Moore, 91, of Kerrville, formerly of Waco, will be 2 p.m. Monday in Lexington Cemetery in Lexington with the Rev. Doug Springer officiating.

Mrs. Moore died Saturday, Feb. 9, in Kerrville.

She was born Dec. 12, 1916, in Tanglewood, to Robert Bruce McVoy and Hattie L. Davis McVoy. She was raised in Tanglewood. She worked in South Houston High School Cafeteria; as supervisor of Cafeteria at Giddings State School; and Waco State School. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Lexington.

She was preceded in death by parents; former husband, Merton Cohen Moore; and four sisters, Pansy Lynn; Violet Jackson; Maurine Brown; and Flora Bess Ellis.

Survivors include two sons, M. Carol Moore of Kerrville; Douglas Moore of Riesel; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale.
