Services for Arthur C. Ebertowski, 80, of Temple will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple with the Rev. David Alwine officiating.
Burial with military honors will follow in Seaton Cemetery.
Mr. Ebertowski died Thursday, Feb. 14, at his home.
He was born May 12, 1927, in Harding, Minn., to John and Kathryn Gaida Ebertowski. He served in the Pacific Theater during World War II. He worked for Wilsonart for 27 years, retiring in 1988. He, with his son, owned and operated Ebertowski Ranch and Live Oak Mobile Home Park in Salado. He was a member of the VFW Post No. 1820 and of American Legion Post No. 133.
Surviviors include his wife, Jan of Temple; one son Bennie Ebertowski of Salado; three brothers, Rich Ebertowski of Temple, Ted Ebertowski of Las Vegas, Nev., and Jack Ebertowski of Mesa, Ariz.; six sisters, Christine Harlow of Pickerington, Ohio, Shirley McDermuth of Nampa, Idaho, Marcey Podraza of Andover, Minn., Rose Pratt of Hoyt Lake, Minn., Louise Lemieur of Little Falls, Minn., and Audrey Newcomb of Cushing, Minn.; and seven grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Christ Episcopal Church, 300 N. Main St., Temple 76501 or to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tenn. 38105-9959.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
