MERCEDES — Services for Juventino Mendoza, 62, of Temple were Saturday, Feb. 16, at La Feria Christian Center with Bishop Ronaldo Ortiz officiating.

Burial followed in Mercedes Memorial Restlawn.

Mr. Mendoza died Monday, Feb. 11, at a Temple hospital.

Survivors include his wife, Griselda E. Mendoza of Temple; five sons, Juan Mendoza of Pensacola, Fla., Jose Hernan Mendoza of Manffi, Calif., Juventino Benicio Mendoza of Chicago, Hector Eliu Mendoza and Roberto Mendoza, both of Temple; a daughter, Maricela Mendoza; a brother, Abelardo Mendoza of Temple; a half-sister, Auroro Garza of Los Lunas, N.M.; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Garcia Trevino Funeral Home in Mercedes is in charge of arrangements.
