KILLEEN — Services for retired Lt. Col. David V. Fox, 84, of San Antonio, formerly of Killeen, will be 9:30 a.m. Monday at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen.
Burial will be 11 a.m. in Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery with full military honors.
Mr. Fox died Thursday, Feb. 21, in a San Antonio hospital.
He was born Dec. 12, 1923, to David and Alice Siats Fox in Glenwood, Minn. Fox served in the U.S. Army during World War II, Korea and Vietnam, and was awarded the Bronze Star. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 877 in Granite City.
Survived by his wife of 52 years, Carlita Leifester Fox of San Antonio; two daughters, Christina Bizzarri of Nev., and Kathleen Humann of Iowa; a stepdaughter, Gay Mitchel Schuler of San Antonio; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. today at the funeral home in Killeen.
