BELTON — Graveside services for William Barr Perry Jr., 82, of Temple will be 11 a.m. Monday in the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen with Dr. Bernard Bassig officiating.
Mr. Perry died Friday, Feb. 29, in a Temple hospital.
He was born Dec. 26, 1925, to Mr. and Mrs. William Barr Perry Sr. in Panama. He was a veteran of the U.S Navy. He was an electrician. He married Linda McKnelly in Henderson in 1995. He was Catholic.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Nelda Jean Perry, and a stepdaughter, Heather Smith.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Dr. William B Perry III of Homestead, Fla., and Frank Perry of Grandbury; a daughter, Nancy Perry Hale of Kilgore; two stepsons, Jon Stephen Thompson of Kilgore and Douglas W. Thompson of Angleton; two stepdaughters, Tanya Travis of Deer Park and Lynn Southerland of Belton; a sister, Peggy Raymond of Fort Meyer, Fla.; and eight grandchildren.
Dossman Funeral Home in Belton is in charge of arrangements.
