CAMERON — Services for Emma Judy McKinney, 87, of Cameron will be 2 p.m., Monday at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron with the Rev. Jim Lafferty officiating.

Burial will follow in Little River Cemetery near Jones Prairie.

Mrs. McKinney died Thursday at a local hospital.

She was born Aug. 25, 1920 to Mack and Ora Wiley Akers in Sweetwater. She was a lifetime member of the First Baptist Church of Cameron. Preceded in death by her husband, Lavert McKinney in 1985.

Survivors include two sons, Jack McKinney of Cameron and Mack McKinney of Austin; a sister, Jenny Read of Grand Prairie; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Family visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.
