Services for Beverly Ann Crouch Lusk, 75, of Temple, formerly of Lumberton, will be 2 p.m. today at Sheffield Funeral Home in Temple.

Mrs. Lusk died Saturday, March 29, in Temple.

She was born April 7, 1932, in Port Arthur to Allen Wiggins and Henrietta W. Snoek Crouch. She married Jimmy C. Lusk on June 12, 1954.

She was preceded in death by her husband.

Survivors include three sons, Dan Lusk of Centennial, Colo.; Dub Lusk of Edom and David Lusk of Tomball; a daughter, Jane Carlisle of Temple; a brother, A.W. “Butch” Crouch Jr. of Woodland Park, Colo.; 10 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
