Services for Marietta “Pet” Pedigo Lednicky, 89, of Temple will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple with Dwade Dalton officiating.

The body was cremated.

Mrs. Lednicky died Sunday, March 30, in a local hospital.

She was born Oct. 5, 1918, in Bell County to George and Eula Bell Redmond Pedigo. She was a lifelong resident of Bell County. She married Alfred “Fred” Lednicky on April 13, 1957, in Temple. She worked at Baugh Shoe Factory in Temple. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Temple.

Survivors include her husband; and a brother, Norris Pedigo of Houston.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
