BURNET — Services for Earline A. Williams Harris, 84, of Burnet was 4 p.m. Saturday at Edgar Funeral Home with the Rev. Gordon Edwards officiating.

Burial followed in Mahomet Cemetery.

Mrs. Harris died Wednesday, April 2.

She was born Dec. 15, 1923 to Earl Lionel and Annie Lester Adams Williams near Oakalla. She worked as an insurance agent for Farmers Mutual. She was a member of Burnet First Baptist Church, where she was a Sunday schoolteacher for many years. She was also a member of the Daughters of the American Republic and Disabled American Revolution. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon.

She is survived by a sister, Ruth Jeanell Rea of Temple.
