KILLEEN — Services for Rosalie White, 88, of Killeen will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church of Killeen with the Rev. Ray Zischang officiating.
Burial will follow in Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery.
Mrs. White died Thursday, April 3 in a Temple hospital.
She was born March 9, 1920 in Llano. She married Oran White in 1940. She worked as a telephone operator during World War II. They moved to Killeen in 1947. She was very active in her church serving as the first woman to be voted onto the church council, past president of the woman’s group, choir member, Sunday schoolteacher and song leader, and military welcome committee sponsor. She was preceded in death by her husband; and a son, Robert.
Survivors include a son, Ed White of Watertown, N.Y.; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Family visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Monday at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Killeen.
