BELTON — Services for Patricia “Pat” Griffin, 49, of Temple will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Dossman Funeral Home of Belton with Dr. Michael Jones officiating.
Burial will follow in Moffat Cemetery.
Mrs. Griffin died Thursday, May 8, at her home.
She was born Aug. 27, 1958, to William Bird and Yolande Cogan-Bird in Montreal, Canada. She married Louis Griffin Jr., May 17, 2003, at the family ranch in Temple. She worked as a waitress for Henderson’s Family Restau-rant in Killeen. She was a member of the Killeen Municipal Police Association and volunteered with L.E.A.F. (Law Enforcement Assistance Fund) through the Killeen Police Department. She was preceded in death by a grandson.
Survivors include her husband of Temple; three sons, Ben Kosa of Shawnee, Kan., Colton Griffin of Temple and Josh Griffin of Jarrell; four daughters, Lisa Kosa-Sauls of Springfield, Mo., Amy Kosa of Lampasas, Erica Logue of Morgan’s Point Resort and Kayla Griffin of Salado; a brother, Leon Bird of Alymer, Canada; two sisters, Cathleen Cogan-Bird of Alymer, Canada, and Marjory Bird of Beijing, China; her mother of Alymer, Canada; grandparents, Louis Griffin Sr. and Leona Griffin of Morgan’s Point; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
