KILLEEN — Services for Jacqueline Clarise Polk will be at noon Wednesday at Temple Deliverance of Praise in Harker Heights with Gerald Jones officiating.

Burial will be in Killeen City Cemetery.

Mrs. Polk died Friday in a Killeen hospital.

She was born July 20, 1964, in Artesia, N.M., to Johnny and Verna Polk. She graduated from Killeen High School in 1982, Central Texas College and DeVry Technical Institute in Irving. She was a member Agape Church of God in Christ in Killeeen and was on the Prayer Team Auxiliary.

Survivors include two sons, Bryan and Bryce Polk, both of Killeen; and and four brothers, Dennis Polk of Killeen, Wendell Polk of DeSoto, and David Polk and Emanuel Polk, both of Temple.

Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. today at W.H. Littles & Son Mortuary in Temple.
