Third-ranked Salado (28-6) and No. 4 Lexington (29-5-1) will square off in a best-of-three series to decide the Class 2A Region IV champion.

The regional final series will begin with a doubleheader at 4 p.m. Friday at Dell Diamond in Round Rock. If necessary, a third game will be played at 1 p.m. Saturday at Round Rock High School.

The series winner will advance to the UIL state tournament June 4-5 at Dell Diamond.
