Services for Emma Coakley, 85, of Temple will be 2 p.m. Monday at First Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Don Boesel officiating.
Burial will follow in Bellwood Memorial Park.
Mrs. Coakley died Friday, June 6, in a Temple hospital.
She was born March 30, 1923, to James Selby and Della Mae Gaskins Selby in Newport, Ky. She married Dewy Daniel Coakley on May 22, 1939. In 1977 she moved to Temple. She was a homemaker and a member of First Church of the Nazarene. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years on Nov. 10, 2001; and three sons, David Coakley, Daniel Coakley (Dec. 31, 1983) and Frederick Coakley (May 13, 2004).
Survivors include two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. Sunday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple.
