Mr. Hodge died Monday, June 30, in Rockport.
He was born June 7, 1959, in Austin. He married Shannon Renee Parker in Giddings in November 1990. He worked in construction as a heavy equipment operator. He was a lifetime resident of San Gabriel.
Survivors include his wife of 17 years of San Gabriel; two sons, Michael Britt Hodge Jr. of Las Vegas and Dalton Allen Hodge of Rockdale; a daughter, Brittni Ann Hodge of College Station; a brother, Shannon Clay Hodge of Thorndale; his father, Leslie Hodge of Thorndale; his mother, Annabelle Hodge Heine of San Gabriel; his stepfather, Bobby Heine of San Gabriel; his grandmother, Evelyn Hodge of Thorndale; and three grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the charity of choice.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
