BELTON — Mr. Frank L. Parmer, 67, of Holland died Saturday, July 5, at his home.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Dossman Funeral Home of Belton with the Rev. Victor Pena officiating.
Burial will follow in Holland Cemetery.
Mr. Parmer was born Oct. 12, 1940, to Herbert and Frances Parmer in Florence. He married Patsy Cooper in Holland on Dec. 18, 1965. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict. He retired from Bell County Road and Bridge in 2003. He was a member of the American Legion and of the First United Methodist Church of Holland.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years of Holland; two sons, Brad Parmer of Holland and Chad Parmer of Belton; a daughter, Melany Cearley of Holland; a brother, Lynn Parmer of Alabama; and six grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Holland, 13420 Mills Lane, No. 201, Holland, Texas 76534.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
