Services for Gloria Angerlean Boone Taylor, 73, of Copperas Cove will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Temple.

Cremation and burial will follow in Virginia.

She died Monday, July 14, in a Temple hospital.

She was born Aug. 20, 1933, to Alexander Boone Sr. and Evelyn Pearce Boone in New York. She was raised and educated in New York, where she graduated from high school and married Earl Taylor Sr. She lived in Suffolk, Va., where she was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1999.

Survivors include a son, Earl Taylor Jr. of Copperas Cove; a brother, George Boone of Baltimore, Md.; a sister, Mary Boone of Norfolk, Va.; and two grandchildren.
