Services for Alma May Sanders, 77, of Temple will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple with the Rev. Sam Callaway officiating.

Private family burial will be in Temple Garden of Memories.

Mrs. Sanders died Friday, July 28, in a Temple hospital.

She was born May 20, 1931, in Warrington, England, to William Albert Reeves and Lily Yuile Reeves. She had been a resident of Temple since 1973, moving here from England. She was formerly employed as a typesetter with the Fort Worth Star Telegram, and had also worked as a waitress.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lindy Ray Sanders on Mar. 16, 1998, and a daughter, Sheryl Bell Oct. 16, 1996.

Survivors include two sons, David Sanders and Richard Sanders, both of Temple; two brothers, George Reeves and Harry Reeves, both of Warrington, England; and four grandchildren.
