BELTON — Services for Eugene Howard Gott Sr., 73, of Temple will be 11 a.m. Monday at Dossman Funeral Home of Belton with the Rev. Sam P. Callaway officiating.

Burial will follow in North Belton Cemetery with full military honors.

He died Friday, July 25, in a Temple hospital.

He was born March 25, 1935, to Mr. and Mrs. Willie Gott in Belton. He married Geneva Thelma Brown in Belton in 1955. He retired from the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of the NRA and was a former member of the Rod and Gun club.

Survivors include two sons, Charles “Randy” Gott of Round Mountain and Eugene H. Gott Jr. of Spiro, Okla.; a daughter, Annell K. Gott of Russellville, Ark.; a sister, Mary Nell Tawater of Florence; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
