CAMERON — Services for Alice Terry, 74, of Cameron will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Cameron with the Rev. Jim Wheeless officiating.
Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Cameron.
Mrs. Terry died Monday, Aug. 4, at her residence.
She was born Nov. 15, 1933, in Bridgeport to Dewey and Edna (Reed) Walker. She was a member of the Milam County Historical Museum, Milam County Theatre, Central Texas Hospital Auxiliary and the Order of the Eastern Star-Rockdale Chapter No. 56. She also was on the Milam County Appraisal Board and was active in many Cameron functions including the Cameron Country Club. She lived in Cameron for 35 years and worked as a teller at Citizens National Bank. She was assistant Milam County Auditor for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Earl “Big Bob” Terry, in 1995, and a daughter, Frances Belzon.
Survivors include four sons, Paul Reed Brown of Gatesville, Randal Terry of Dana Point, Calif., and Bob Terry and Gene Horton, both of Cameron; a daughter, Shannon Pollet of San Antonio; two brothers, Donald F. Walker of Midland and Winfred W. Walker of Dumas; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
