Graveside services for William “Wild Bill” Albert Davis, 65, of Temple will be 10 a.m. Monday in Rogers City Cemetery.

Mr. Davis died Friday, Aug. 22, in a local nursing home.

He was born Sept 9, 1942, to Horace and Doris Alexander Davis in Caldwell. He participated in the Special Olympics, winning numerous medals and honors. He attended Canyon Creek Baptist Church in Temple.

Survivors include a brother, Ray Davis of Seattle, formerly of Holland; and a sister, Joyce Cearley of Holland.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Educare, 2828 Cottonwood Lane, Temple, 76502 or MHMR, 304 S. 22nd St., Temple, 76501.

Visitation will be 4–8 p.m. today at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple.
