CAMERON — Private services for Elizabeth Ann “Bettye” Reineke, 77, of Cameron were held Thursday in Oak Hill Cemetery in Cameron.

Mrs. Reineke died Monday, Aug. 25, in a Cameron hospital.

She was born April 19, 1931, to Wilford and Katie Greger Harrell in Westphalia. She married Louis Elley. She later married Herman Joseph Reineke in 1974. She worked at Hornung hatchery for many years. Later she owned and operated Elleys Kennels, where she raised Sheltie dogs. She was preceded in death by her first husband in 1972.

Survivors include her husband of 33 years of Cameron; and a son, Wayne Louis Elley of Cameron.

Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home of Cameron was in charge of arrangements.
