ROSEBUD — Memorial services for June McDonald, 88, of Rosebud will be 6 p.m. Saturday at the Rosetree, 303 North Fifth Street in Rosebud.

Mrs. McDonald died Wednesday, Aug. 27, in a Temple hospital.

She was born May 30, 1920, to John and Ethel Scott Kerns in Castle, Calif. She graduated from Fall River Mills High School in Fall River Mills, Calif. She taught Tournament Bridge in Chico, Calif., and was a Gold Life Master Bridge Player. She was a 14-year resident in Rosebud.

Survivors include two daughters, Jeannie Cox of Rosebud and Joanne Griffith of Houston; a sister, Jane Conklin of San Diego, Calif.; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchildren.

Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud is in charge of arrangements.
