Mrs. Woods died Friday, Aug. 29, in a local hospital.
She was born Jan. 30, 1920, in Protection, Kan. to Elmer and Grace (Edmonston) Lawrence.
She was a cosmetologist.
Survivors include two daughters.
Arrangements are being handled by Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple.
