Funeral services for Ernest A. Fischer of Bartlett will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. John Lutheran Church in Bartlett with Rev. Michael Swink officiating.

Burial will be in St. John Cemetery.

Mr. Fischer died on Sunday in a Temple hospital.

He was born on Oct. 12, 1936 in Buckholts to Adolph A. and Alma Fuchs Fischer. He was a manager at C.F. Hill Grain Co., for more than 20 years.

He married Rita Hill on Oct. 26, 1957. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church.

Mr. Fischer was preceded in death by his wife.

Survivors are a daughter, Gina Laughlin of Louisville, Ky.; three sons, James Fischer of Holland, Gary Fischer of Round Rock and Jon Fischer of Coupland; a brother, Glen Fischer of Buckholts and 14 grandchildren.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Goodnight Funeral Home in Bartlett.
