SALADO — Services for Douglas Keith Wujcik, 50, of Salado will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Broecker Funeral Home in Salado.

Mr. Wujcik died Tuesday, Sept. 2, at his home.

He was born Dec. 5, 1957, to Albert and Helen Praskavich Wujcik in Chaleroi, Pa. He joined the U.S. Navy after graduating high school, serving four years in San Diego as an amphibian specialist. He left the service as a 3rd Aviation Boatsman. He worked in the jet aircraft industry in Arizona, Oklahoma and Texas for 20 years. He moved to Salado for woodworking and art.

Survivors include a daughter, Trisho Wujcik of San Diego; a brother, Bruce Wujcik of New Haven, Conn.; and two sisters, Laurie Moore of Dallas and Mary Johnson of Cincinnati.
