HARKER HEIGHTS — Services for Johnny Joe Ware Sr., 76, of Belton will be 12 p.m. Wednesday in Mount Zion Temple Garden of Memories Cemetery in Temple with Chaplain John Fox officiating.
Mr. Ware died Saturday, Sept. 13, in Troy.
He was born Aug. 20, 1932, in Flat to John and Mamie (Winbush) Ware.
He served in the U.S. Army and National Guard.
Survivors include his wife, Mattie Frances Ware; three sons, Johnny Joe Ware Jr., Larry Don Ware, and Danny Edwin Ware; seven daughters, Pamela Rae McNeil, Wanda Jean Gamez, Loretta Lee Klosky, Tammy Dell Pardun, Beverly Lou Ann Ton, Beverly Ann Harris and Frances Irene Kirby; a sister, Patsy Ruth Cooper; 31 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by Heritage Funeral Home in Harker Heights.
