Servies for Georgia Jerline Reeves, 73, of Katy and formerly of Temple, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at W.H. Littles and Sons Mortuary Chapel.

Rev. Edward Maze will officiate.

She died on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2008 in a Houton hospital.

Ms. Reeves was born in Waxahachie on Sept. 16, 1934 to George Penrice and Pauline White Penrice. She was a member of the Eighth Street Baptist Church in Temple until she relocated. She attended Dunbar High School in Temple and was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by one son Kenneth Penrice.

Survivors include a daughter, Sandra Sheard of Katy; a sister, Beverly Moody of Fort Worth; a brother, Arthur C. Robinson of Oakland, Calif.; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
