SALADO — Services for Roger Cole White, 56, of Temple were held Wednesday at Broecker Funeral Home.
Burial will be today at 10 a.m. in North Belton Cemetery with military honors.
Mr. White died Monday, Sept. 15, in Hillsboro.
He was born Dec. 29, 1951, to Johnny and Emma LaRue Humes White in Gatesville. He was a graduate of Belton High School and a long-time resident of Belton. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army in 1975. He was stationed in Fort Leonardwood, Mo., for a year and served three years in Germany.
Survivors include three sons, Johnny Cole White II of Belton, Eladio Gomez of San Diego and Brandon Gomez of Temple; three daughters, Stephanie White Westbrook of Salado, Leslie White Lopez of Dickinson and Abigail Gomez of Little River-Academy; two brothers, Ronald White of Belton and Lonnie White of Temple; three sisters, Marilyn Karl, Wilma Reid and Maurice Brown, all of Belton; and 15 grandchildren.
Broecker Funeral Home of Salado is in charge of arrangements.
