Services for Estella Womack, 100, of Temple will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Corinth Missionary Baptist Church with Dr. U.C. Barnes officiating.

Burial will follow in Temple Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Ms. Womack died Saturday, Sept 13, in a Temple nursing home.

She was born Oct. 23, 1907, to Will and Everleaner Womack in Dobbin. She attended Dunbar School in Temple. She joined Corinth Missionary Baptist Church in 1926, serving on the Usher Board, Mission No. 1, Sunday school, BYPU and the Star Light Band. She was president of the Home Circle and was the oldest member of the church. She worked for the Jenkins and Realy families, and she was a homemaker.

Survivors include a son, Robert Busby of Temple; a daughter, Evylena Blocker of Temple; six grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 18 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 2-6 p.m. Friday at Branford/Dawson Funeral Home in Temple.
