No services are planned for Elwood William Kinkade, 77, of Temple, formerly of Kerrville.

The body will be cremated.

Mr. Kinkade died Tuesday, Sept. 16, in a Temple nursing home.

He was born Dec. 12, 1930, to Clifford Albert Kinkade and Annie Clark Kinkade in Essington, Pa. He married Darlene Kinkade. He is a former member of the Dyess Grove Baptist Church in Springtown.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, William Kinkade, Clifford A. Kinkade III and John Mann; a daughter, Georgetta Duncan; a stepson, James Brown; and a stepdaughter, Beverly Jackson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Floor 17, Chicago, 60601-7633.

Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Temple is in charge of arrangements.
