KILLEEN — Services for Rodney Lee Fischer, 66, of Killeen will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen.

Burial will follow in Killeen City Cemetery with Fire Department honors.

Mr. Fischer died Thursday, Sept. 18, in Temple.

He was born Sept. 9, 1942, to Lee and Elise Fischer in Waco. He was raised and educated in Waco. He married Marie “Vicky” Lozano on June 2, 1963, in Killeen. He was a member of the Killeen Fire Department, 1963 to 1993, retiring as chief. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Laura Elise Fischer.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years; two sons, Robby Fischer and David Fischer; a brother, Kenneth Fischer; and three grandchildren.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
