KILLEEN — Graveside services for Franklin Skipper Jr., 69, of Killeen will be 1 p.m. today in Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen with full military honors.

Mr. Skipper died Friday, Sept. 19, at his home.

He was born Nov. 21, 1938, in North Carolina.

Killeen Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
