COPPERAS COVE — Services for Phyllis J. Moore, 76, of Kempner will be 12:30 p.m. Monday at Victory Baptist Church in Copperas Cove with the Rev. Mickey Robinson officiating.

Burial will follow in Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.

Mrs. Moore died Friday, Sept. 26, at her home.

She was born Feb. 23, 1932, to William and Eda Tester Grimes in Calvin, Va. She married J.R. Moore. She was a homemaker and a member of Victory Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of Kempner; a daughter, Caroll Lavonne Harmon of Kempner; two brothers, Rudolph Grimes of Three Forks, Mont., and Terry Cole of Elizabethtown, Ky.; a sister, Jimmie Smeltzer of Limestone, Tenn.; a granddaughter; and a great-granddaughter.

Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. today at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Copperas Cove.
