Mr. Permenter died Thursday, Sept. 25, in a Kerrville hospital.
He was born Nov. 14, 1953.
He worked in construction.
Survivors include his son, William “Mikie” Permenter of San Antonio; a daughter, Jessica Permenter of Temple; two brothers, Bobby Permenter of Austin and Freddy Permenter of Eddy; and his mother, Meady Sanders of Austin.
Scanio-Harper Funeral Home of Temple is in charge of arrangements.
