SACHSE — Services for Brian Keith Moon, 49, of Princeton, formerly of Little River Academy will be 4 p.m. today at Smith & Sons Funeral Home in Sachse with Bill Brusenhan and Loretta Curtis officiating.

The body will be cremated.

Mr. Moon died Sunday, Sept. 28, at his residence.

He was born Nov. 9, 1958, in Temple to Durwood and Patsy Moon.

He graduated from Academy High School in 1977 and was a member of FFA and played football. He then attended Temple College. He lived in Academy for 37 years and then moved to the Dallas area. He worked for Texas Instruments.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Moon of Princeton; father and stepmother, Shirley Moon, both of Holland; a son, Brandon Moon of Belton; a daughter, Stephanie Moon Bilski of Carrollton; two stepsons, Troy Baines of Magnolia, and Travis Bains of Moffat; a brother, Michael Moon of Holland; and three grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
