Mrs. Stephens died Wednesday, Sept. 24, in Arma, Kan.
She was born June 26, 1933, to Horace and Melba Williams Auldridge in O’Brien County. She was raised in Coryell County and graduated from Copperas Cove High School in 1950. She married Elton Kattner and later married Allen W. Stephens. She was a member of the V.F.W. Post No. 3393, in which she helped organize; the American Legion Auxiliary Post No. 582; and the Moose Lodge, all in Copperas Cove. She was preceded in death by both of her husbands.
Survivors include two sons, Larry W. Kattner of Pearland and Gerald L. Kattner of Pittsburgh; a daughter, Deborah E. Dague of Mulberry; a brother, Horace Erwin Auldridge of Oklahoma City; a sister, Glenda Auldridge Jackson of Harker Heights; and four grandchildren.
A luncheon will follow the service at the Moose Lodge No. 2029, in Copperas Cove.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Friday prior to the service.
