Burial will be in Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.
Mr. Parker died Monday, Sept. 29, in a Temple hospital.
He was born Sept. 18, 1947, in Belton to Tommy and Willie Mae (Misher) Parker Sr. He married Brenda Pickens on Oct. 3, 1970, in Shreveport, La. He retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1977, where he served as a supply specialist. He attended the Greater Zion Temple Church of God in Christ. He was a former member of the Torii Masonic Lodge No. 46, Okinawa, Japan.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Tommy Harold Parker III of Belton; two daughters, La-Quatra J. Parker-Finney of Corpus Christi, and Twana L. Parker Jerigan of Fort Benning, Ga.; a brother, Timothy R. Misher of San Antonio; three sisters, Deborah Parker Byrd of Killeen, Pearline Parker Morgan of Killeen, Teresa Parker Talley of Temple; and nine grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Heartfield Funeral Home in Belton.
