Burial will follow in Seaton Cemetery.
Mrs. Hejl died Friday, Oct. 3, in a Harker Heights nursing center.
She was born Nov. 7, 1915, to John and Albina (Hejl) Chupik in Oscar, Texas. She married Alfred Hejl in Temple on Sept. 8, 1936. She was a homemaker and a member of Seaton Christian Sisters and SPJST Lodge 47. She was a member of Seaton Brethren Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband; a daughter, Margaret Hejl; five brothers and four sisters.
Survivors include a son, Alfred Roy Hejl of Temple; a daughter, Norma Sebesta of San Antonio; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Seaton Brethren Church Building Fund, c/o Helen Haisler, 6111 Wooded Creek Cove, Temple 76502.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. today at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home.
