Gas priced at $2.89 a gallon brought drivers to the pumps at a Temple Shell station off Interstate 35 Monday morning. The station is located on the access road at the Nugent exit off of southbound I-35. Oil prices dropped below $90 a barrel Monday, coming within reach of levels a year ago, according to The Associated Press.
