Clarke E. Lang

KILLEEN — Services for Clarke “Skip” Edward Lange, 65, of Nolanville will be 2 p.m. Thursday in the Killeen Memorial Park Chapel.

Mr. Lang died Thursday, Oct. 2, at a Temple hospital.

He was born April 4, 1943, in Boothbay Harbor, Maine, to Percy and Constance (Rowe) Lang. After being employed in many different occupations, he went on to run Skip’s Auto Body shop for more than 35 years. He owned many different shops in Maine and Texas.

He was preceded in death by a son, Neil Joel Lang and his second wife in 2007.

Survivors include his wife, Lilly Lang of Nolanville and her seven children; his first wife; six children, Barbara Marinez, Juanity “Mercy” Johnson, Lisa Hisler, Abel Lang, Jason Lang and Jimbo Lang; five siblings, Jon Lang, Richard Lang, Rebecca Ellis, Patricia Knight, Christene Gagne; 15 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Killeen Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
