Burial will follow in Bartlett City Cemetery.
Mr. Jones died Sunday, Oct. 5, in a Temple nursing home.
He was born Oct. 13, 1956, to Pauline Jones in Bartlett. He was raised and educated in Bartlett. He worked for the city of Bartlett and was a member of Holy Temple C.O.G.I.C.
Survivors include two brothers, Leon Powell Jr. and William Powell; and a sister, Jackqueline Kelley, all of Temple.
Visitation will be 2 to 7 p.m. today at Branford/Dawson Funeral Home in Temple.
Family hour will be 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
