Mrs. Maji died Thursday, Oct. 9.
She was born May 2, 1923, to John Wesley Theadore and Artle Lenora Nelson Kamman in McGregor. She moved to Bruceville-Eddy where she attended school. In 1946, she moved from Moody to Houston where she married Jim Maji on Jan. 6, 1948. She was a factory worker for more than 30 years for the Continental Can Co. in Houston. She was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years on April 21, 1995.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
